We provide a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item, which means you have 30 days to request a return. We want to make your shopping experience hassle-free, so please review the eligibility criteria for returns.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in new, unworn, and unused condition.
- All original tags must still be attached.
- The item should be returned in its original packaging.
- You must have a receipt or proof of purchase to process the return.
Important Notes:
- Items that have been worn, used, or washed cannot be returned unless they are defective.
- Items returned without following the return request process will not be accepted. Please contact us for a return authorization.

- Return Authorization: Once we receive your email, our customer support team will provide a return authorization and detailed instructions on how to send the item back.
- Prepare the Return: Pack the item carefully in its original packaging. If possible, include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Shipping
Unfortunately, we do not provide pre-paid return labels. The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
However, if the item is defective, damaged, or an incorrect item was sent to you, Chic Satchel will cover the return shipping cost. Please make sure to use a trackable shipping service to return the item, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
Return Method
All returns must be shipped back to us by mail. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as Chic Satchel is not responsible for any returns lost in transit.
Currency
All payments, returns, and refunds are processed in USD (United States Dollar).
Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees for returns or exchanges. You will be refunded the full value of the item, excluding the shipping cost (unless the return is due to our error).
Damages and Issues
Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify our customer service team immediately by emailing support@chicsatchel.store.
- Damaged Item: If your product is damaged during transit, please take photos of the damaged product and packaging and send them to our customer support team. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Additionally, sale items, discounted products, and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges
We do accept exchanges, but the most efficient way to get the item you want is to return the original item for a refund and then place a new order for the exchanged product.
To exchange an item:

- Place a New Order: Once we receive and approve your return, you can place a new order for the item you’d like to exchange for.
Refunds
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund. If you are eligible, your refund will be processed after we have received and inspected the returned item.

- Once your return is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
